An Interview with Heidi Lippy Sprinkle at Foggy Bottom Farm

In this interview, Heidi Lippy Sprinkle tells us how the MPRP would have affected her farm. Part of the farm is in the conservation program CREP (Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program). The purpose is to leave spaces on the farm that are protected wetlands where natural flora and fauna can flourish.

At the time of the interview, there were multiple proposed routes for the MPRP. Heidi Lippy Sprinkle’s farm is not currently affected by the proposed route. The impacts discussed in this video are not exclusive to their farm, though, and are important to share.
